He has presented several papers at New Zealand Concrete Industry conferences and is a member of various Concrete NZ technical committees and the Concrete NZ Plant Audit committee.
Paul has consulted across an impressive range of New Zealand projects including the Tauranga Harbour Crossing, Kopu Bridge, Te Mihi and Tauhara Power stations, APL Hautapu and over 40 bridges on SH1 Waikato Expressway.
